Charlotte, NC is full of shops that sell the dream and then put you on a list. First service after you bought it. A bike they did not sell. A Harley or BMW rider who cannot get a bay. That is not how we run Monroe Road.

Evinmotors is the powersports dealer that actually takes the bike. Honda, KTM, Husqvarna, Can-Am, Sea-Doo, Royal Enfield, Sur-Ron. If it is in our family, bring it. If you bought it somewhere else and you are done waiting, bring that too. We will tell you honestly whether it is a job we should do.

First service in Charlotte, NC

The first service is not optional. Break-in oil, inspection, the stuff that keeps a new Honda, KTM, or Can-Am from becoming a problem six months later. Riders lose weeks hunting a bay after the sale. Come to 8601 Monroe Road. Ask for service. We will get it on the schedule instead of sending you across town.

When the other shop will not take it

Harley and BMW owners in Charlotte, Concord, Matthews, and Huntersville already know the wait. So do people with a KTM that isn't from here or a Can-Am that another store does not want to touch. We are a working service department, not a showroom that pretends. Oil, chains, tires, recalls, accessories, the jobs on our services list.

We will not invent a same-day promise or a price in this post. We will look at the bike and tell you what it needs.

The shop is on the same lot as the floor. You can roll in, talk to the people who work on Honda, KTM, Husqvarna, Can-Am, and Sea-Doo, and leave the machine. Lake Norman Sea-Doo, trail KTM, street Honda. Same building.
